Refund and Returns Policy

At Perfume Gallery, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality perfumes. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

We will, however, accept returns if:

• The wrong item was delivered, or
• The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide proof of the issue (photo or video).

Refunds

If your return is approved, you may choose between:

• A replacement of the same product, or
• A refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or M-Pesa account.
