1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging (including the cellophane wrap, if applicable).
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@perfumegallery.co.ke. Once your return is accepted, you should send your item to the following address: Perfume Gallery, Shop No. G1, Ground Floor, Pacific Crest Mall, Mombasa Rd, Syokimau, Kenya.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), Perfume Gallery will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (e.g., M-Pesa or Bank Transfer) within 3–5 business days.
