Perfume Gallery delivers authentic perfumes across Kenya. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation has been received. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time & Fees

We currently deliver within Kenya only.

Nairobi Deliveries

• Delivery Fee: KSh 500 and 2 perfumes or more, free delivery
• Delivery Time: Same-Day after order confirmation
• Orders are delivered directly to your location via our trusted local couriers. Orders placed before 5 PM may be delivered the same day. Others are delivered the next day.

 Other Towns in Kenya

• For deliveries outside Nairobi, we use our trusted couriers or your preferred courier, depending on your region.
• A standard delivery fee of Ksh 500 applies.
•  Orders will be collected from the couriers’ nearest office once delivery is complete.
• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an update or tracking reference via SMS or email, allowing you to follow the delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at info@perfumegallery.co.ke or call 0706 863 139/ 0701624815.
We will work with the delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
