1. Order Processing Time(Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Nairobi & Environs: Delivery within 24 hours after processing. Rate: KES 500
Rest of Kenya: Delivery within 2–3 business days. Rate: KES 500
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of Kenya.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via SMS or Email containing your tracking details or the contact information of our delivery partner.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We deliver to residential addresses, offices, or pickup points as specified during checkout.
